In July 2014 Basilico was founded on the old beach of Thessaloniki. In Basilico we serve traditional Italian dishes influenced by Greek cuisine. Our raw materials are of excellent quality from small mainly Greek producers. The vegetables come every day from the market of Thessaloniki, the Greek cheeses are from Siatista, the extra virgin olive oil is from Kalamata, the olives from Halkidiki and the meat and sausages from Xanthi.
